The owner of Newsstand Comics & Candy, needed a video that could boost the footfall and interest around his business based in Dartford. We worked closely with our client to help familiarise ourselves with his business the key selling points that he wanted within the video. From our first meeting with the client, we could see that his passion for comic books needed to be shared with his customers, potential and regulars. We set up a backdrop for him to talk to about how he felt about his comic books and his passion for them. We filled the rest of the video with shots from within his store that allows the customers to see exactly what the store sells, we also used video from actual comic book movies to enforce the subjects that the client was mentioning within the interview sections of the video.
The Media & Design Manager at King's Church Ministries, requested a video showing the atmosphere and work that their walk-in centre for the homeless, Caring Hands in the Community, does for their clients on a daily basis. This was achieved by getting up close and personal with a few of the clients, as they partook in some of the activities that were available. The client wanted the focus to be all on the clients and the upbeat and uplifting atmosphere that they have when in the centre. We also agreed on working the food and the kitchen aspect of the centre in the video as well, as it shows that their clients also have access to a hot meal along with the other services the clients have access to that the centre provides.
The Music Department at North West Kent College in Dartford asked our founder to create this video to promote their upcoming event while our founder was still in college. The client allowed us access to one of the students that was to perform at the event for a select period of time. The turnaround for this video ended up being around 4 hours due to the clients’ requests. Although our time with the student was limited, we managed to get a video together that the client appreciated and allowed them to further promote their event.
